It describes the main ideas for designed interiors. This stage consists of:

• Conversation with the Investor in order to determine project guidelines
• Inventory, i.e. making detailed measurements of the designed spaces.
• Two conceptual designs developed in the form of moodboards, i.e. charts with inspirational photos, colors and materials, showing the intended atmosphere of the interiors
• 3D Model, which shows general aesthetic, color, material and lighting as well as functional solutions of the project. As a result of the conversations with the Investor, we create a complete interior design based on the model, which at the end is presented using schematic visualizations.

It includes the development of detailed technical drawing documentation which is necessary for the contractors to implement the project, e.g. layout of ceramic tiles in the bathrooms. The second stage consists of:

• Cost estimate with suggested materials and furnishings, which also includes a list of costs, product specifications, suggested stores and amount of materials needed.
• Selecting materials together, during a visit to furnishing and finishing materials stores.
• Technical documentation in the detailed project design:
  • Plans of functional arrangement of designed space.
  • Wall extensions with information on accessories and furnishings assembly.
  • Drawings showing building changes in the designed interiors.
  • Drawings showing electrical wiring, sockets, lighting and switches location and specification.
  • Plans with location of water and sewage connections and heating.
  • Drawings of plasterboard walls and suspended ceilings.
  • Plans of wooden and ceramic floors.
  • Detailed projects of ceramic tiles layout on walls and floors.
  • Drawings with painting and decorative accessories details.
  • Custom-made furniture design.
  • Other necessary drawings.

During this stage we help in organizing renovation works.

• Preparation of the schedule.
• Gathering bids from contractors: renovation contractor, carpenter, upholsterer, window decorator etc.
• Help with coordination, scheduling and contact with contractors and installers.
• Assistance in ordering materials and equipment, orders in stores and suppliers.
• Visits to the apartment during the renovation in order to confirm the compliance of the works with the project.
• Solving current problems and proposing replacement solutions.
• We stay in touch with the Investor and concrators during the renovation.
